Shipping & Delivery Policy — Mumbai Bazar

1. Free Shipping Across India

Mumbai Bazar offers 100% Free Standard Shipping on all orders across all serviceable pin codes in India, for both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. No minimum cart value or hidden convenience fees.

2. Dispatch Timeline

  • Ready-to-Wear & In-Stock Sarees: Dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours from our central Mumbai logistics facility.
  • Heavy Bridal Heirlooms: Thoroughly inspected under multi-spectrum lighting and packaged in protective luxury boxes within 48 hours.
  • Custom Stitching / Fall-Pico Requests (if selected): Requires an additional 3 to 5 business days for tailoring before dispatch.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched from our warehouse:

  • Mumbai Metro, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Vasai-Virar: 1 to 2 business days.
  • Major Metro Hubs (Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune): 2 to 4 business days.
  • Rest of India (Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities): 4 to 7 business days.
  • Special Postal Zones (North East, J&K, Islands): 6 to 9 business days.

4. Courier Partners & Real-Time Tracking

We ship exclusively via India's top courier networks: Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees, Ekart, and DTDC.

Once your parcel is picked up, an automated SMS and WhatsApp message will be sent with your AWB tracking link to track your order in real time.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on eligible pin codes for orders up to ₹25,000. Please ensure someone is present at the delivery address with the exact cash amount or UPI ready when the courier arrives.

6. Tampered or Damaged Parcels

If the outer courier polybag appears torn, tampered with, or retaped, please do not accept delivery. If accepted, please record a continuous unboxing video so our support team can immediately process an expedited replacement or claim.

7. Worldwide International Shipping

We ship to 40+ countries via DHL Express and FedEx (estimated transit time: 5–9 business days). International freight is calculated dynamically at checkout. Any import duties, local taxes, or customs clearance charges levied by the destination country are payable by the recipient.
