Terms of Service — Mumbai Bazar
Welcome to Mumbai Bazar. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.mumbaibazar.com and any purchases made online or across our retail outlets.
1. Acceptance & Eligibility
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years of age or accessing the site under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Handloom Authenticity & Color Variation Notice
Most Mumbai Bazar sarees (including pure Banarasi, Kanjivaram, and Paithani drapes) are authentic handlooms woven by traditional master artisans:
- Subtle organic variations in the weave, selvedge, and zari texture are natural signatures of handcrafting, not manufacturing defects.
- While we make every effort to display fabric colors accurately, digital studio lighting, monitor calibration, and natural silk sheen may result in a minor 5% to 10% shade variation between digital photography and the physical product in natural daylight.
3. Pricing & Inventory
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). Delivery across India is complimentary.
We reserve the right to correct accidental pricing errors or typographical inaccuracies. In the unlikely event an item is ordered at an incorrect price, Mumbai Bazar reserves the right to cancel the order and issue an immediate full refund prior to dispatch.
4. Order Placement & Contract Formation
Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. Acceptance and completion of the contract occur upon the physical dispatch of the items and issuance of courier tracking credentials.
5. Payment Modes
We accept major credit/debit cards, Net Banking, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes up to ₹25,000.
6. Intellectual Property
All logos, brand names ("Mumbai Bazar"), product images, catalog layouts, videos, graphics, and written content are the exclusive intellectual property of Mumbai Bazar. Reproduction, duplication, or commercial use without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Mumbai Bazar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or site. In all circumstances, our maximum aggregate liability is limited strictly to the total purchase value of the product ordered.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Palghar / Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
